2022 Grand Wagoneer Power & Handling
The Grand Wagoneer is one of the most potent vehicles out there, thanks to a 6.4-liter V8 that delivers a massive 471 horsepower and 455 lb-ft of torque that pairs with an excellent eight-speed automatic transmission. Four-wheel-drive comes standard, so you automatically get some added traction. Towing is also a strength for the Grand Wagoneer as it has a solid Class IV tow hitch which allows you to lug around up to 9,850 pounds. In addition, the Grand Wagoneer has a premium air suspension that will enable you to lower or raise the ride height depending on the individual situation, and there is also a Selec-Terrain System that comes with five settings that will allow the Wagoneer to traverse over all kinds of challenging terrain!
2022 Cadillac Escalade Power & Handling
Two engines are available for the Cadillac Escalade though neither one rises to the power level of the Grand Wagoneer. The standard engine is a 6.2-liter V8 that will get your 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque, while the option is a 3.0-liter turbodiesel six-cylinder with 277 horsepower. Both of these engines pair with an automatic transmission which undoubtedly will provide you with a smooth ride. Rear-wheel-drive is the default setup, but you can opt with four-wheel-drive for more traction. While these power numbers are respectable, they do pale in comparison to what the Grand Wagoneer offers!
2022 Grand Wagoneer Features & Design
Power is not the only thing that the Grand Wagoneer has going for it. There are also several features and luxury items available, which makes this a well-rounded vehicle. You get tons of available tech inside the cabin, such as custom air vents and a metal rotary shifter. For some luxury, the Grand Wagoneer has decked out in leather seats and has a diamond pattern in the perforation and stitching. Additional features include four-zone climate control and front seats with 24-way adjustability, massage functions, heating and ventilation, and seating for seven or eight passengers. Back to the tech features, the Grand Wagoneer has several available touchscreens, including a 12-inch digital cluster display, a 12-inch center touchscreen, a 10-inch lower touchscreen, and a 10.25-inch front passenger screen. You get theatre-quality sound via the McIntosh Audio System, which has 23-speakers and 1,375 watts of power. Every touchscreen comes with the latest version of the Uconnect system, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. For passengers in the back seat, there is a rear-seat entertainment system.
2022 Cadillac Escalade Features & Design
The Escalade tries to counter what the Grand Wagoneer offers with five trim levels, and there are some exciting features available. The base Luxury trim starts things off with full leather seating, keyless entry and ignition, heated front and rear seats, tri-zone climate control, wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and front and rear parking sensors. The Premium Luxury trim ups the ante with an adaptive air suspension, a rear-seat entertainment system, and two performance packages that come with some other tech and performance-enhanced features. Higher trims of the Escalade are where the most high-end features are available such as massaging front seats, a leather-wrapped instrument panel, black wheels, and a gloss black trim. One of the new features available for the 2022 Escalade is the Super Cruise, which provides a hands-free driving experience. There is a lot to like here, but the Grand Wagoneer offers you more!
