The 2024 RAM 1500 came with a standard 5-inch touch-screen display, which certainly did its job but was a little smaller than its competitors. Higher trims came with larger touch-screen interfaces, with the Laramie trim offering an 8.4-inch screen, while the Limited trim came with a large 12-inch touch screen. The 2025 RAM 1500 has an 8.4-inch as its standard touch-screen display. Higher trims offer a 12-inch and even a larger 14.5-inch touch screen.

Luxurious Top Trim

While the top trim on the 2024 RAM 1500 was built for off-road performance, the 2025 model emphasizes luxury. Its top Tungsten trim rivals luxury SUVs, with features like a premium 23-speaker sound system, ventilated rear seats, and many advanced active safety systems.
