2023 Jeep Gladiator Akron OH

The Jeep Gladiator offers remarkable off-road chops, and its performance on and off the road begins under the hood. Standard drivetrain equipment for the Gladiator is a 3.6-liter V6 engine, a 6-speed manual transmission, and Jeep’s Command-Trac part-time 4x4 system. This setup supplies Gladiator drivers with 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Meanwhile, a 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 engine is optional for 260 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. As was previously mentioned, the Jeep Gladiator comes standard with Command-Trac 4x4. This is a part-time system that puts drivers in complete control with a shift knob to select two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive with high and low drive modes, depending on the road surface and vehicle speed. Meanwhile, Selec-Trac 4x4 is a full-time 4x4 system that provides spectacular traction no matter where your adventure takes you by reading road conditions and making the necessary adjustments to best handle them without any driver input. Lastly, Rock-Trac 4x4 is dedicated solely to the Rubicon trim. When 4-Low mode is selected, the Rock-Trac transfer case provides a gear ratio of 4:1. This provides high amounts of low-speed torque by rotating the axles once for every four rotations of the transmissions output shaft, making it ideal for climbing over rugged terrain at low speeds. 

The four trim levels of the Jeep Gladiator, Sport, Willys, Rubicon, and High Altitude each offer their own unique set of features while building on the already impressive standard features which include the aforementioned removable top, removable doors, and fold-down windshield. The lineup is led off by the Gladiator Sport, featuring black bumpers, black steel 17-inch wheels, a three-position easy-lower tailgate, a rugged five-foot truck bed, black wheel flares, a soft top, a new air filtration system, and a 7-inch infotainment touchscreen with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. The Gladiator Willys features 32-inch mud-terrain tires, a locking rear differential, cab rock rails, off-roading tuned suspension, an 8.4-inch infotainment touchscreen, and built-in navigation. The Rubicon tackles the toughest terrain you can throw at it with locking front and rear front differentials, an electronic disconnecting front sway bar, Rock-Trac 4x4, FOX shock absorbers, and 33-inch all-terrain tires. Topping off the 2023 Jeep Gladiator lineup is the High Altitude trim. This features a premium exterior appearance with a full body-color style. It has a body-color hard top, body-color fender flares, and body-color bumpers. Additionally, the Gladiator High Altitude features LED exterior lighting, 20-inch alloy wheels, Nappa leather-trimmed seats, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
